RETURNS
To initiate a return, please fill out our Contact Us form and select Returns & Exchanges from the drop-down menu. Please provide us with your Order Number.
In order to receive a full refund (excluding shipping charges), you must initiate your return within 30 days from the day of purchase and your purchased item(s) must be in its purchased condition (unworn, unused, and in its original packaging). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that personalized/custom item(s) and sale item(s) are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DEFECTS
Prior to an order leaving our facility, it is quality inspected by members of our staff to ensure that each item(s) is free of defects.
However, if an item you receive is defective, please contact us at info@mybeadsbracelet.com as soon as you receive the product(s). We ask that you please attach a photo of the broken product(s) and of the damaged packaging if you find that any of the packagings were disrupted before the product(s) arrive to you.
